Mudra Cafe, Cooking with Microgreens
Last week we got to opportunity to visit Mudra Cafe in Ubud. Mudra Cafe is a delightful culinary haven nestled in the heart of Ubud, Bali. We had the opportunity to meet with Chef Pande and get a personal walk-through on how to make their delicious avocado on toast topped with plenty of microgreens.
The first step is to spread the toast with humous, followed by placing sliced ripe avocado and cooked spinach.
The second step is to add a generous serving of Red Cabbage microgreens, and some sliced tomato.
