BASIL GENOVESE MICROGREENS

An intense basil flavour and aroma, it is one of our most flavoursome microgreen crops. slightly sweet with a zesty hit.

Basil Genovese micros are high in polyphenols, Vitamins A, C, and K.

Basil microgreens are known to have an anti-inflammatory effect. The presence of polyphenols drives gut health by reducing oxidation and inflammation. 

BROCCOLI MICROGREENS

These microgreens are crunchy and fresh with a slightly bitter flavour.

These are high in Vitamins A, C, K, sulforaphane, protein and calcium.

In both its adult and microgreen stage, broccoli is associated with a lower risk of cancer, notably lung and colon. The presence of sulforaphane in broccoli that gives it a bitter taste and helps fight against cancer. Other benefits include healthy hair growth, increased energy, and a regular digestive tract.

CILANTRO MICROGREENS

Microgreen cilantro has a clean bold, classic cilantro flavour with notes of pepper and citrus.

These are high in Vitamins A, B C, E K, sulforaphane, zinc and calcium. The Vitamin C source in micro cilantro is only slightly lower than that of an orange.

Cilantro (Coriander) microgreens are rich in lutein and beta-carotene, these are crucial for healthy skin and vision. Lutein and beta carotene, are fat-soluble antioxidants vital for organ function and protecting cellular structures from damage. 

GREEN MUSTARD MICROGREENS

Green Mustard microgreens have many varieties, ours is Choi Sum. It is sweet at first with a spicy after kick and strong intensity.

High in vitamins C, K, E, beta-carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, violaxanthin and phenolic compounds. Mustard microgreens are also protein-dense and contain a rich amount of folate, calcium, iron and fibre.

The high levels of Vitamin C within mustard microgreens contribute towards stronger immunity, clear congestion and sinuses. Mustard micros are known for their blood purification and liver detoxifying properties.

PEA SHOOTS MICROGREENS

Pea shoot microgreens are sweet with a subtle nutty flavour, they are tender and crisp.

Rich in Vitamin C, iron, and protein. Measuring by weight, Pea Shoot microgreens are one of the best vegetable sources of protein. Pea shoots, like other microgreens, are best consumed raw for the full nutrient value.

The iron in Pea Shoot microgreens helps fight against tiredness and fatigue. High levels of Vitamin C promote neurotransmitter production, known to regulate mood.

Radish microgreens have an extremely punchy peppery flavour, much like that of their adult vegetable and just as intense.

Micro Radish’s are high in polyphenols, Vitamins A, C, K, E, beta-carotene, folate, Vitamin B6, lutein, zeaxanthin, and violaxanthin.

The folate and vitamin B6 present in radish microgreens helps in cardiovascular health promotion. RED AMARANTH MICROGREENS

Red Garnet Amaranth microgreens have a beetroot like taste, an earthy flavour and a mild intensity.

Red Amaranth, at 25grams, has a staggering 237% daily value of our recommended Vitamin K intake. They are also rich in Vitamin C, A, magnesium, iron and calcium.

Amaranth microgreens can lower cholesterol and the risk of cardiovascular disease. Amaranth specifically reduces the risk of osteoporosis and other calcium deficiencies.
