Radish microgreens have a very similar flavour profile to their adult counterpart, Radish Daikon is a little more spicy than common red radish root.
Micro Red Radish is packed with Vitamin C, B3, B6, zinc, potassium, folate, copper, sodium, phosphorus and naicin.
Microgreen Radish pairs well with sushi and fish dishes to add peppery punch.
